I recently had my Breville 878 serviced here under warranty, and the whole experience was outstanding. This is an official Breville authorised service centre, and it really shows in their professionalism and technical expertise.
I dropped … More off the machine on the morning of July 10, and to my surprise, they send me email the very next day to say it was ready for pickup! They diagnosed and replaced the faulty part efficiently, and now the machine works perfectly again.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. When I asked if I needed to do anything else after taking it home, she simply said, “Just go home and enjoy your coffee.” That really made my day!
There’s also a 1P parking spot right in front of the shop, which made it super convenient to drop off and pick up the machine — especially when carrying something bulky and heavy.
I noticed they also sell coffee beans and machines in-store. When the time comes for me to upgrade, I’ll definitely consider purchasing my next machine from them. And I’ll certainly be back for any future servicing!
