I did not expect this level of service, I dropped my 5 year old Breville Oracle coffee machine mid December knowing that I would not get it back in 2024.

After buying a Gaggia Velasca machine from Espresso Fix nearly 9 years ago, we finally needed to come back to them for a service and for a couple of minor issues to be addressed. Given how busy their shop was in the lead up to Christmas, … More we were pleasantly surprised how quickly they were able to service the machine and get it back making coffees the way it used to when first out of the box. All done with a minimum of fuss.
Called us (as promised) to discuss some of the work and gave us sensible options as to what should (or should not) be fixed now given machine's age and use.
Service fees seemed reasonable and we have a machine back for Christmas! -
Very professional service. I have used them for servicing previously and they do a great job. They also sell beautiful Italian machines that I’ve got my eye on for my next purchase. … More They also sell amazing coffee that I’m now using in my Saeco machine. A great company to deal with and the technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable.
