After buying a Gaggia Velasca machine from Espresso Fix nearly 9 years ago, we finally needed to come back to them for a service and for a couple of minor issues to be addressed. Given how busy their shop was in the lead up to Christmas, … More we were pleasantly surprised how quickly they were able to service the machine and get it back making coffees the way it used to when first out of the box. All done with a minimum of fuss.
Called us (as promised) to discuss some of the work and gave us sensible options as to what should (or should not) be fixed now given machine's age and use.
Service fees seemed reasonable and we have a machine back for Christmas! -

I have had my Breville Dual Boiler repaired here twice. The service is excellent and the staff competent. They keep you updated on the progress of the service with an online profile that you can check anytime.
It took 14 days for my machine … More to be serviced, but they are clear about this. It’s a busy place, but worth the wait. Highly recommend. They also sell coffee and coffee equipment. -
EspressoFix were amazingly prompt and efficient in repairing and servicing my machine. I expected it to take 2 weeks but it turned out to my delight to be 24 hour service . My machine has never worked better !
