Really good service and friendly staff. Brought my machine in the shop and asked if they can fix on the same day as have to travel far to be here. They say it should be a quick fix with error 5 message, and they'd be happy to fix it … More for me straight away and it's done within 15 minutes! Super efficient!

A BIG HUGE thank you to Suleman for attending to my near new Breville Barista Touch Impress which completely burnt out just when it was my two boy's 18th and 25th birthdays in the same week so I had plenty of guests around but no coffee … More machine.
He at least did the assessment the same day knowing the spot I was in, AMAZING SERVICE from Expresso Fix and personally to Suleman who listened and understood his customer, me. I highly recommend Expresso Fix, lovely people and Suleman, you're a good man.

One call to determine the process to fix my Breville touch to Eric I was asked for the error code and he said bring it in now and I'll fix it in 30 minutes. I took the unit in and the guy is a gentleman, replaced the part and tested … More it quickly.

Sensational service. Friday march 21st at 12:00 midday ... My Breville Barista Touch had an issue with the milk heater. I called Breville and they gave me a Work Order # for Espresso Fix. Took the machine to Espresso Fix and they had … More it fixed for me in under 10 minutes. Not only that, they even gave me a bag of coffee beans. So, back home to sunny Mooroolbark by 3:30 and have already had a coffee. Thanks so much to the team at Espresso Fix. Your customer service is top notch. BTW, the coffee is excellent!

So grateful for the service I received today from Espresso Fix.
I had the milk temp sensor fail on my Breville Bambino, (which we dont even use) & this error causes the machine to be useless!
