Q. What time are you open?

A. Espresso Fix is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays

Q. What are your Xmas trading hours?

A. Espresso Fix will be closed from December 22 until January 7 2013

Q. How long does it take approximately to repair a coffee machine, from the time it is dropped off?

A.It takes approximately 1 week to repair most coffee machines, depending on availability of parts. We ask that you allow 10 working days for the repair of your coffee machine. Feel free to contact our staff for updates about your machine.

Q. Do you give free quotes?

A. Espresso Fix offers free quotes over the phone, however if you bring your machine in we charge $55 + GST for a quote, which is included in the overall cost of the repair if you decide to go ahead.

Q. Which brands of coffee machines do you repair?

A. We repair all Saeco, Gaggia, Breville, Sunbeam, Rancilio, Isomac, Delonghi, Giotto, Expobar, La Cimbali and Wega coffee machines.
